As we aim to tailor these to meet your individual skills and giftings, the opportunities below are not an exhaustive list. Peru (Lima)
Visit and get to know people in the community, sharing the gospel, perhaps training others in evangelism.
Education and Training
Peru (Lima)
Work with children, teenagers, young people or adults helping them to grow in their faith through teaching and discipleship.
Evangelism
Bolivia (Potosí)
Work with children at the Infant Development Centre helping the kids with their homework, teaching different subjects (eg Maths) and telling them stories from the Bible.
Care and Social Action
Bolivia (Vinto, Oruro)
Work with the residents of PRADOS, who are recovering from problems with drugs and alcohol, by means of sports, counselling, Bible studies and accompaniment.
Technical
Brazil (Viçosa)
Work at CEM, the Evangelical Missions Centre of Brazil, where we seek to train and prepare Brazilians for mission.
Care and Social Action
Brazil (Viçosa)
Work at Rebusca (www.rebusca.org.br), a social project seeking to help poor families in the city of Visçosa that has been in existence for 30 years.
Evangelism
Brazil (Viçosa)
Work in a Baptist Church to help with discipleship of young people and evangelism in a city in the interior of Minas Gerais.
Education and Training
Costa Rica (San José)
Teach English in projects in marginal communities with the aid of books, games and creative activities.
