To identify and organise opportunities for short-term Step teams and individual Striders throughout Colombia; to coordinate their orientation on arrival, support during their placement, and debrief on departure. Would suit ex-Stepper/Strider.
You will be researching new Step and Stride Projects in Colombia. Assessing viability of suggestions for Step and Stride projects. There will be times in the year where the work is very intense (requiring weekends) and other times where the work load is less.
Para identificar y organizar las oportunidades para los Equipos Paso a corto plazo y Striders individual en toda Colombia, para coordinar su orientación a la llegada, el apoyo durante su colocación, y interrogar a la salida. Satisfaría ex-Stepper/Strider.
Se le investiga nuevos proyectos Step y Stride en Colombia. La evaluación de la viabilidad de las sugerencias para proyectos Step y Stride. Habrá veces durante el año cuando el trabajo es muy intenso (que requieren fines de semana) y otras veces cuando la carga de trabajo es menor.
